Josh at Decked Out Craftsmen replaced an aging elevated deck at the back of my center-city townhouse. The new deck is built from maintenance-light composite materials with a wire railing, and he installed a drainage system that keeps the space underneath watertight without allowing for buildup of dirt on the deck itself.
