Decatur Lock & Key was fast. Had all my locks rekeyed in 2 days and for a fair price. Would recommend to anyone.

Called about door repairs on a commercial property. I didn't have all the information. The woman I spoke to wasn't very friendly or helpful; she didn't offer to troubleshoot or educate me. I went to Downs instead, and they were much more accommodating and professional.
