The only water location I've been going to to since I've moved to this part of the Bat Area(8+ years). No issue with customer service. I go in and pay before filling up my water. I do prepay for the water which is convenient along having the option to pay with cash or Venmo.

Excellent water quality with 001 reading in my iSpring TDS meter which I purchased last year to monitor water purity of bottle water I purchased. The reading of tap water in my house is 270 (copper piping in my house. So the issue is from San Jose Water company). I have been using another Pure water site where water quality is from 001 to 007 but their coin machine is broken for 2 days and no people attending in the store. So I try this site today.
