They were running late and didn't call (anywhere from 8-11 was the schedule and they didn't come until close to 1 pm)...the inspection was "perfect" but the report said the flue was "unsatisfactory" on a direct vent gas fireplace (they sent a subsequent quote for $500 to clean the creosote????!)...but they passed it for Level 2 on the report, but the inspector had no credentials listed on it. It took 20 calls to get the cert and now they won't answer me. Township will not accept the conflictin
