Got approved for the VPP 9 February 2026 however, this company cannot seem to get the paperwork correct. I have had 10 emails from AEPDER letting me know that the paperwork is incorrect - been this way since 24 February 2026 to date and I cannot get ANY answers nor communication from them. I don’t understand why a company which purports to be an electric company can’t complete what should be routine paperwork - get it right.
