Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. After placing my order, I paid a 50% deposit. Later, I was told the kitchen was ready and pressured to pay the remaining balance or face delays. Once paid, installation still took months. Since installation about 3 years ago, there have been constant issues. The team has come out roughly 6 times to take measurements and notes, but nothing ever gets properly resolved. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Still Not Finished — Ongoing Nightmare Since Summer 2025 My experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. Initially, Heriberto was extremely helpful — always checking in and showing concern right up until full payment was received. Unfortunately, everything changed after that. I was pressured to pay the full balance before installation, which was a major mistake. This project started in summer 2025, and here we are in February 2026, and I am STILL paying out of pock
