We had them come out to fix a leak. They finished and I noticed it was still leaking. I showed them and he said thats just left over from the pipe. It clearly wasn't. The next day I informed them it was still leaking. No reply Finally writes and says he ordered a part. Dylan replaced one of our hot water heaters, inspected all our plumbing checking for leaks and problems. He also used a camera and visually checked the interior of all the outdoor pipes (hydro-jetting). He was professional, knowledgeable, informative and timely with all our plumbing needs. Single handle faucet in our guest bath tub broke leaving a continuous flow of water running unless the water was shut off…and this happened right before Christmas! I was so worried we wouldn’t be able to get someone out before the holiday but DC Sewer and Drain was able to come out and quickly identify and repair the issue same day! I also felt the charge was reasonable for the work provided and would definitely use them again in the future for other plumbing related issues.

I’ve struggled to find a plumber that honored their appointment times and was relived to find someone that communicates clearly when they will arrive. He repaired my leaking shower and swapped out an old toilet in my guest bathroom. All of his work is top notch and professional. Highly recommended.
