David and the DC Roofing crew recoated the flat roof on my rental property in Tucson with Apoc 264 elastomeric. Completed the job within 48 hours of the initial quote, which is an incredible turnaround. Communication was solid throughout, pricing was fair, and the work was clean. Managing a property remotely from out of state makes finding reliable contractors essential, and these guys delivered. Will be calling them again when the time comes.
