David was great! We had a weird type of lock on our door that we needed to replace with a keypad lock. I found him because he'd written blog posts about replacing the same type of lock that we have. David did great communication over email before his visit to clarify our needs and pricing, then set a prompt appointment. He was friendly and efficient and good at troubleshooting some quirks of our setup. I'm glad to have a go-to locksmith if I ever need one again!
