Dave from DAP is very dependable. Each time we have had plumbing issues at our HQ, we call him directly. DAP has (or has access to) every cutting-edge plumbing tool imaginable and they are willing to do almost any type of contractor work (though, in transparency, we have only employed Dave for plumbing issues).
