My initial experience was very professional, scheduled the site visit with no issues and they even conducted a curtesy call 24 hrs prior to confirm the appointment. When the day of the appointment came, the representative they sent arrived over an hour late and when he did show up, managed a half hearted apology with a laissez-faire attitude behind it and he even wore a different companies uniform. We had our kitchen remodeled by D & W, our floors refinished , and a small tile shower created. The end result is absolutely stunning. I cannot believe this is the same house! It is a process , and Christian worked with me every step of the way, he was great at getting right back to me. We are so happy we chose D&W, and we plan to use them again for our next project.
