All of my concerns were completed quickly and communication was great!

I had 2 services booked at same time to "check the health" of both the AC & the water heater in my rental condo. Our water heater decided to fail overnight. Frank showed up within 30 minutes of my phone call and replaced the water heater that day. It cost more than I was expecting, but having a water heater over a weekend was better than the other option. He was very professional and answered all of my questions.

Eddie was friendly, capable, and informative. Enjoyed conversation with him, however it was over long and repetitive on each issue. The two star rating is due to the unexpectedly high price charged. My experience has been that D& F is persistent in trying to also upsell additional services.

Calvin was very courteous, thorough and helped solve some minor plumbing problems.

D & F Plumbing did a great job. We called to schedule on a Sunday. Nathan was at our door before 9 on Monday. He unclogged the bathtub drain and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Great guy!
