When I first contacted this company to get a quote, in my mind it was pretty high for what I was asking. So, I turned it down. No attitude towards me at all for saying no. I was treated just as nicely as I was when I was a potential customer. I waited a few weeks and considered looking somewhere. But, I remembered how I was treated on the "no".
