It was very unfortunate doing business with S&H Flooring, their Salesman Henry Mitchel lacks integrity. I found Him to be deceiving and not transparent with his clients. Henry Mitchel and his subcontractors engage in dishonest practices at work by exaggerating and inflating extra repairs for additional materials and labor in order to make extra money. Henry Mitchel was extremely demanding even pressuring to stop all work until I signed a waiver avoiding all warranty on the installation. Overall

Henry was very pleasant and helpful. He expressed his opinion when asked to assist me in my decision. He was at my house to measure at the time he said he would be. I think he is knowledgeable of the product which was helpful also. Very pleasant young man.
