Brian was amazing. He went way out of his way to consult on a project of mine which is out of state -- no chance of him getting paid for his time (although I offered, he declined). His expertise was evident, but more importantly he was so happy to try and help. If I should ever need services locally he would be my first choice. You won't be disappointed with Brian and Dallinghaus.

Awesome free estimate experience. Phil did a visual inspection of the cracks in the house and the exterior walls of the foundation, then took a series of measurements of the level of our floors, and finally he went under into the muddy crawl space where he took a bunch of photos. His verdict was that the foundation is fine! So a lot of work on his part and no money changing hands. Now they have all the baseline data and if anything changes, we will definitely call them.
