My own experience wasn’t good. However, I will start by saying that Mr. Thomson arrived on time & his system did a good job on our carpets. That’s where the good news ends! Our tile floors were quite the mess, STREAKED in all rooms and Mr Thomson couldn’t know that, because he doesn’t check his work. That’s just one part of his poor work ethic; there’s also the laziness. He doesn’t offer any assistance with even the smallest table. He doesn’t move furniture which was ok. I certainly did not exp
