Matthew, my technician was on time for our 7:00 appointment in the morning. Very friendly and courteous. Put in a new electrical outlets. Changed an old outlet checked lights that blinked once in awhile while the air conditioner was on I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody that needs electrical service
