If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Each and every time I have called, I have encountered the friendliest phone assistance, to start. Then, whenever I have requested a new tank of propane, they have shown up at our home AHEAD of their estimated swap out date and it ALWAYS seems to be in the coldest of weather, when they should be their busiest and backed up. I cannot say enough positive comments about this company!!

Do NOT use this company. We were without gas the week of Thanksgiving and this week of Christmas with a house full of people. At the same time we over pay our bill every month that we have a credit with them in the $1000s
