We've used Cypress multiple times now. As a business manager, it's nice to know I don't have to worry about the quality of work when we use Cypress. They quote, respond to Emails and repair quickly. We've never had an issue with the quality of work. We even needed them to come out same day one time for an emergency repair and they did! I can't recommend them enough!

Did not have a good experience. They charged a service call and didn't even attempt to service the door; you looked at the door & said the hinges are junk. Charged an outrageous amount for a replacement part that is online for $160 on top of the service fee, tech then said he was glad we didn't want the job done because he was ready to go home.

Joe did a great job personable, very professional and fix the problem.
