I was referred to CWS by the previous homeowner. I spoke with the owner, Steve, who set up an appointment with me for today (5/18/26) in the afternoon. Steve called me this morning, while I was at work, and asked why the gate wasn’t unlocked. I stated that we had scheduled for this afternoon. Steve stated that he was doing me a favor by squeezing me in. He stated he couldn’t do anything with the gate being locked. I let him know I wouldn’t be back until this afternoon, as discussed. They closed our pool last year. Called this year left a message, called a second time & talked to the wife. No call back at all. I wouldn’t BOTHER them apparently MY money isn’t green enough for them! Seriously? This is how you do business? Shameful.

I have worked with this company for 35 years, since my fiber glass pool was first installed. They are excellent to work with; immediate response time, friendly, concerned, and knowledgeable. They have installed new filters and motors and were here for a full day when I had a leak company come out to fix a leak in the pipes to ensure the pool would not pop out of the ground when the water was drained. The past three years I have used their winter service and it is fabulous. It makes such a hug
