If I could give zero stars, I would. Ron was supposed to come do our tile backsplash on two different dates. We had to ask several times if he was coming for the first date to which he had to reschedule us. Second date has come and gone with no communication from him whatsoever. Calls and texts with no response. We understand things happen but it's 2025 and everyone has a cell phone to pick up to let customers know what's going on. If you want the work to be completed, go elsewhere!
