Lousy service at high price. Very poor communication

I’m so disappointed in custom pools. They will not call you back. I have to call 5-6 times for a basic call back. They don’t care about your business at all. I shouldnt have to beg for you to take my business. I have switched companies after being a loyal customer for 5 years. The new ownership has run this business into the ground.

I’ve been with CP for 15 years and they’ve always been on time, professional, and have solved my pool problems. Even when there’s a complicated problem, they explain what’s going on and give me options. I can’t recommend them enough enough, they’re top notch.
