Negative experience with Custom Floors. Took them 4 months to correct a simple fireplace hearth installation, which was few inches shy of meeting the fire code. Took them another month to fix the affected floor planks, which altogether caused significant delays in getting my house listed for sale. Also, installed my shower tiles wrong. Materials: They have a fantastic selection of many types of stone (Granite/Quartz/Quartzite/Marble), and you can get up close and personal with the slabs in their warehouse (and visit as much as you like without being bothered).
