I bought a fireplace insert from Custom. The gas line people came to fix the outside line and had to shut off the gas to the whole property. We didn't use the upstairs fireplace for a while. I wanted to start using it again and called Custom to see if they could relight it because there was air in the line and I needed someone who knew what they were doing.
