I love our new closet! Jack was my designer and did an excellent job. He listened to my needs (suitcase/packing area) and made tweaks during the design process and even after installation at no cost (moved a panel for more hanging space and added more shelving for shoes). Installation went well and it was completed within hours. The only detail I am not a fan of are the cutouts near the baseboards.
