These folks were awesome! First off, they were able to get me on the schedule quickly which I greatly appreciated. Their dispatcher communicated with me throughout the day of service and answered all my questions. She also quoted me exactly what the cost ended up being which was awesome! Woke up Christmas Eve and septic tank was FULL! Called around and got no answer or response from other companies, that said 24/7 emergency response. But Curtis Plumbing responded and said techs were available and would add my address to the service for today. The lady we spoke with on the phone and the techs that came out were understanding, courteous, and very helpful. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you again!!!
