The brand is good but the different branches can differ in quality. We used several different branches and they all have different policies and abilities. The previous Branch was great. This current Branch has very limited drivers and sometimes can't replenish the stock fully along with differing policies from other facilities. Still an overall good water delivery service.

I recently purchased a property in Sewickley. There was a Culligan system in the basement and I asked for them about the previous account holder. They said it was unknown and set out a Culligan service person to take a look. It was a 10 minute visit just to tell me the system was 30 years old and no longer connected to our water. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Gary came over to test my water and set me up with everything I needed. The guys did the install very quickly and professionally. I wish I could hire them for other projects as their level of service is outstanding
