You can pay thousands of dollars over time for an RO system and then when it leaks and shuts down, they have absolutely no sense of urgency to come out and fix it. I guess I'll be buying endless bottled water for my family until they decide they can make time for us. Seriously go with any other company; it will cheaper and you will get better service, hopefully without a five year lock-in to their BS.

Pretty sure the sales person that arrived at 9 am had been drinking.
