Two months ago I posted a rave review about the service we received. Since then I have found Culligan to be totally nonresponsive to a problem that developed following their service. On May 11, we discovered water all over our washer, dryer, and floor in the basement. A plumber came that day and determined that the Culligan media tank had blown out all its contents, clogging the main drainage pipe. He spent two hours cutting and snaking the pipe.
