Anytime I call, they're quick to answer and modifying my order is always super easy. I've had an account with them for almost 10 years and haven't had any issues. 10/10 would recommend them.

Excellent softener my water is awesome, the salesman Matt is a great guy, very honest and answered all my questions, I would highly recommend Matt when you call for your new system. Joe the install technician was also excellent, he waited for me until I was able to get home for the install. A lot of companies would not do that. What a great team. I had a very good experience with the Culligan team.

Over priced and literally found dirt in my water. Dirt or something disgusting floating in it… and for 2x the money that the grocery store charges for filling the same amount with no dirt / particles… I have no idea how this company is in business. AVOID
