Great work from James, Nick, and the crew. Existing sidewalk from driveway to porch was sinking, making the existing stair a 10+inch jump to get onto the porch. Team talked us through the process (and suggested longer 16" treads on the stairs to help with grandparent access which was brilliant). Demoed the existing area and identified that there was not gravel underneath; did several compacting runs, laid the gravel, and ended with a clean professional look. I'm very happy with the quality of the work James and crew completed. The project involved some demolition, installation of doors (interior and exterior), railing installation, installation of LVP flooring and toe molding, etc. They showed up when they said they would. Even though "snowmageddon" arrived mid-project in January 2026, the project stayed on track.

The crew has done an amazing job with our partial basement project. The workmanship is great, pleasant to work with, and communication is spot on. While it is becoming so difficult to work with home improvement professionals, Crystal clear team has proved to be an outlier. Would highly recommend them for any home construction project.
