This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I scheduled this handyman service in advance and made it very clear that the job was time-sensitive and needed to be completed before an important delivery. They acknowledged the full scope of work and confirmed the appointment. Then, with only about 1.5 hours’ notice, they suddenly canceled, claiming they “did not feel comfortable” with the scope of work.
