Our gas fireplace wasn’t turning on even though the pool or light was still on. Julian gave me a nice heads up when he was on his way. He fixed the problem in less than five minutes. And gave me a quick lesson on how to turn the pilot light on and off was very friendly. All of it was no charge. Really appreciate the help!
