Five stars to Brad and his installation team, Juan, Mario and Antoine for yesterday's installation. This was the third time I have used Crowne in the past 10 yrs. They installed updated Sonos equipment, and (per Brad's professional advice) altered the locations and types of speakers catering to our specific needs.
