I want to say that Chad was highly professional and very thorough with his inspection. He told me a lot of things about my home that I had no idea were not proper. Among a few things, he noted a nail sticking out of the breaker, how my dryer vent is creating condensation which will affect the support structure of the home, lack of insulation in the attic and loose pipes there as well, and to top it all off, I had no idea my master bathrooms louver was not working.
