Had a service done on my fireplace Croft service man was terrific fixed my issue promptly. I have purchased items from Croft in the past and been pleased with all of my purchases.

I had an older fireplace needing repairs and cleaning after a remodel. The Croft technician was able to do everything I had hoped and the end result was better than I could have expected at a lower price than I expected.

Great customer service! We have had some serious mystery issues with our fireplace & the technician dug into each of them until they were solved, even going back & readjusting some repairs he had done. I am so grateful for his expertise, persistence & professionalism! We’ve had others try to repair it before, but he was the first to explain what was happening, why the fire was acting the way it was, & what he did to fix the multiple issues. Highly recommend!!
