She is very good 👍 👏 👌 ❤️ …
I have been using her for years.
5-star experience! I needed my suit altered quickly for a court date, and she came through perfectly. I didn’t even realize she was closed on Good Friday, but after I left a voicemail, she called me back and personally delivered my suit on her day off. Amazing service and dedication—highly recommend!
Old woman was super rude and disrespectful. Got my pants hemmed and I asked her to take it on from the waist and she said it wouldn’t be worth it. When I went to pick up she yelled at me. 0 customer service skills
I have known her for over 13 years, and she is truly the best of the best. Any alteration—no matter how technical or complicated—she gets it done flawlessly. She sews all types of garments, including wedding gowns, evening gowns, etc as well. Her work and alterations are always done to perfection. I would give zero stars if I could. Old rude horrible customer service lady runs this place. Tailored a brand new white pullover I never wore to get the arms shortened. Took two weeks and I go get it with a huge black line down the front and she said she didn't do it. Lol. No resolve . No money back. No accountability. Over a $100 brand new pullover ruined
