I signed a contract with them in Jan 2026 for a landscaping project and Donna has pretty much been unresponsive about when the project is going to start… I’m posting this at end of May. I ask when it might start and they ghost me until I patiently follow up multiple times. I’m finding someone else to do the project. Consider another landscaping company who can actually respond to questions and can do project plans

I must start by saying 5 years ago we hired a contractor to do some work for us and he took off with our money. We sued him and basically won a piece of paper that says he owes us thousands. Because of that previous experience, I did so much research before hiring Creative Visions. Creative Visions was so professional, communicated all throughout the process and finished the job quickly.
