Don't waste your time with other organizers as I did. I am moving out of the country and I hired a succession of task rabbiters who advertised as organizers and mostly ended up doing the work myself. When I finally hired Steve I couldn't believe how much we got done, more than I thought possible. I've worked with him twice now and he is worth his weight in gold.
