After spending 9 grand with crawlspace brothers. My crawlspace still had cold air coming through and creating cold floors. They told me Insulation was not needed. So they removed it. But instead of telling us that we had plenty of air still coming through into the house. They decided not to mention anything to me. I had to find out the hard way with my hardwood floors above me to be extremely cold. I was told I would get a call after my last review and nothing.

After multiple estimates that were all over the place for encapsulating my 250 sq ft crawl space, Lane from Crawl Space Brothers showed up with an estimate that was half (sometimes more) the price that others quoted. He wasn’t trying to upsell with products I didn’t need. The 2 man crew of Hunter and Jay were super efficient and took less than a day to get the job done. Would recommend them!

I cannot recommend Crawl Space Brothers enough. They did an amazing job encapsulating my Crawlspace which added value to my home and made the basement more aesthetically appealing. They are true professionals and will be referring them to my friends/family.

Lane and the Crawl Space Brothers did a wonderful job encapsulating our crawl space in our 100 year old house, rebuilding and sealing the access door.
