Highly recommend Craftsman Direct if you're looking to fix only what needs fixing and spend only what you need to spend. Lee will let you know of serious problems if they are there though! The most honest handyman around. Any other contractor would have tried to sell us an entire new bathroom. We aren't ready for a full bathroom remodel but had some broken and loose shower tiles. Lee was amazing with confirming there was no water damage, and just fixing what was broken so we can keep saving up for a big remodel.
