Bought a rather expensive office chair. Was very pleased when it arrived and then the problems started. Several screws fell out and we had to put them back in. Not to bad. Then the seat adjustment quit working. Then the chair seat started tiltiing. Just enough to really bug you. Was it worth the purchase? No. Chair itself is beautiful, but the mechanisms are extreemly poor. No warranty after the fact.

Had similar experience to others. Ordered a teak outdoor cabinet. It came damaged and they said they would send out another but didn’t hear anything after. Contacted again and was told it was out of stock but we could get it fixed and they would reimburse us. I don’t want to deal with finding a company to fix it so I wanted to just return. I filed a complaint with my credit card company. The item was suddenly back in stock and they could send a replacement but only after the credit card dispute

We recently purchased a large sideboard from Crafters & Weavers and were generally displeased with the entire process.
