I can't say enough nice things about Bernie at craftbuilt roofing he got me a full roof replacement with my insurance company. I had a bunch of leaks before and now it doesn't leak at all. He replaced some plywood that was rotten and got the insurance to pay for it. All I paid was my deductible. Now my home is better protected. And its one less thing to worry about. Bernie helped me at Craftbuilt. I'm extremely happy with Bernie and his crew and his solar panel removing crew and I would recommend Bernie and Craftbuilt to anybody who needs roofing work. It has been awesome working with Bernie he was a great communicator throughout the whole insurance process. I'm proud to say I got my roof paid for by my insurance for hail damage here in Payson. All I paid out of pocket was my deductible.

David did a great job, he was on site all the time to make sure that things were done right. He fixed things right away. I trust him and he said if I ever had a problem he would be there to take care of it. He a great guy.
