Ordered a replacement resin filter cartridge but had a minor issue. I reached out to the company and the GM Todd M. actually called me to handle the issue personally. He sent me the new filter and it works perfect. I have sent back the old ones with their prepaid label. Their product is the best on the market. I highly recommend it.

I purchased the setup with the bypass integrated just for ease of use, but it works great with my active 2.3 pressure washer. I will never wash a car without the filtration system again. Located in Florida with the hot sun, this system is awesome. You don't have to worry about water spots or use a drying towel after I wash my vehicle. I had a pipe break and dirt contamination. I accidentally broke a check valve while trying to take apart the filtration system just to make sure it was clean. Cus

Customer service is trash, Management is misleading and condescending at end of the day they don’t stand behind there product. They just want your money . False advertising at its finest what a joke.
