They are the best plumbing company in Columbus and its not even close! Its family owned, they are fast came within maybe an hour after I called and have extremely fast and fair service. They will be my plumbers from here out and I recommend ANYONE, to call them and support a local family plumbing company . I’m giving them 5 stars because anything else will be uncivilized. If someone ever tells you that you have a broken main line call CPR. Shane and another young man who I can’t remember their name. I’m sorry. The reason why I remember Shane is because my mom told me to ask for him specifically. I asked for the camera service. He showed me the live footage on his video device from start to finish. I know the Camera is extra but it’s well worth it. You’ll seed the true condition of your line.

Not all heros wear capes! Austin and his team came out on a moments notice to fix our septic system that was backing up. I literally don’t think we’ve ever had a more kind, competent and thorough team come to work at our home. They went the extra miles to make sure we understood everything they did (and taught us how to care for our septic to prevent future issues). Their pricing was fair and truly they were just the kindest team. Highly recommend!

CPR camerad and snaked the sewer of our long-vacant carriage house and found the line broken under the alley roadway. Their underground crew came back three weeks later, dug out to a depth of 7 feet, found a section of the old clay pipe had been sawed out and removed when the water line was run down the alley - probably decades ago. I spent 3 hours with Shane and Clayton in the basement of a potential UA investment property acquisition. They ran a camera to the city line, then cleared all the roots/debris clogging the main drain line. They pointed out some potential points of future clogs or failure in the interior galvanized/iron plumbing. I learned more from them in 3 hours than the equivalent time spent in Biochem lecture. Had them out to clear a drain line. They sent two young men with little experience that could not get the drain cleared. They said for an additional charge they would send a supervisor out. After being charged 235.00 for nothing I wasn't comfortable agreeing to additional charges. These guys are a joke. How can you charge people for a job that you didn't complete.
