Ask me to move my car i did and to be petty they still decided to block me in after moving for there equipment. I had called to ask them to move there vehicles so I could get out they went into an area that say keep out police order. There are no signs saying there is going to be work done or I would park somewhere else until further notice no communication of any kind.
