Unfortunately my experience with this project was not positive. I had concern regarding workmanship and the final result It wasn't the one they promised me.

I have been contacted by their General Manager and we are working through a solution now, I expect I will be back soon to change this from the current three star to five stars. I am a contractor and installed several Hercules systems over the last several years and for the most part they were great. Had a problem after a hailstorm and they left me hanging. I had to go to another product. I refuse to install them now.

Great job on installing the Hercules roof to our existing pergola. Jr and his partner were on time, fast, friendly and pleasant. Looking forward to enjoying our patio with this new cover! Definitely recommend.
