I had to call the place multiple times before I got someone on the phone. When they answered they said email them the part. I emailed them the part and never heard back. I called back and they said the guy who reviews emails is not in a won’t review it for a few days. lol.

Needed the rope for wood stove door - had all sizes and any length. Also the cement. Good experience.

We moved from NJ to PA. Dave did such a great job replacing the wood stove at our NJ home (approx 6-7 years ago), we asked if he would install the same wood stove in our new home. We just enjoyed our 1st fire and it was a quality install once again. Dave is a perfectionist. Takes care of everything. So tidy as well. My husband and I would give him 10 stars !!!
