I had problems with my roof attic fan. It was installed about 3 years ago. Eric came out from Countryside Roofing to see what the problem was. He was extremely helpful in explaining what the issue was. The wire in the thermostat was burned out and caused some burnt marks inside the thermostat control box. The burnt wire could have caused a possible fire in the attic. He ended up replacing the whole attic fan and the thermostat control unit. It was under warranty and and I didn’t pay anything! Er
