Very pleased with our entire experience with Countryside. We'd never bought gas logs (needed to replace logs that were leaking), so had no clue what to look for. Don’t know if they are actually good or not because they are never opened and want to go by appointment in the middle of the week. Not very helpful for people with kids that work. Must have enough business where they don’t have to care? Very odd business model.

I called them to service our ventless gas logs, that haven’t been used in 5+ years, and we are extremely happy with the service they provided. They went above and beyond to get us going while helping us save money at the same time.
